MISS CAITLIN'S PIANO STUDIO

I am happy to offer piano instruction in Northern Virginia to students of all ages and skill levels.

 

My teaching philosophy is based around the premise of inspiring a love of music, and more specifically, a love of the piano.  Therefore, in addition to building a strong foundation in repertoire and technical ability, lessons in my studio emphasize engagement with music history, theory, improvisation, and both academic and recreational listening.

Most importantly, the relationships I form with my students are based on care and respect, which I believe is the best environment for fostering the development of well-rounded and happy musicians.
